• Check-In Time: Guests are welcome to arrive and check-in between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. Please make prior arrangements with us if these times are inconvenient.
  
  
• Availability: Availability of rooms and suites may be viewed on-line by clicking on Availability, Room Rates & On-Line Bookings No reservation is guaranteed until we have issued a confirmation to you.
  
  
• Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made.
  
  
• Reservations: Reservations may be made by clicking on Availability, Room Rates & On-Line Bookings on the website, by calling (434) 361-1101 or (800) 278-2154, by or by email. Reservations are held with a deposit only and are guaranteed upon our confirmation to you.
  
  
• Deposit: In order to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of the greater of one night or fifty per cent (50%) of the total charge for your visit. Unpaid balances are due in full at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks. Personal checks must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Personal checks are not accepted as final payment.
  
  
• Cancellation and Refunds: There is a $25.00 service fee for cancellations made 15 days before your arrival time. The balance of your deposit may be used for a future stay within one year of your original reservation. If a cancellation is made during the 14 days before your arrival time, the entire cost of your stay is due unless we are able to rebook your room. If we are able to rebook your room we will be happy to apply your deposit to a future visit (within one year, based on availability) to The Mark Addy. *
  
  
• Children: We welcome children four (4) and older. Younger children may be accepted with prior approval. Parents or their designee are responsible for supervising their children. We do not have cribs or high chairs. Babysitting services may be arranged with advance notice.
  
  
• Pets: Sorry, although we love pets, we are not able to accommodate them at this time.
  
  
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the porches or other outdoor areas.
  
  
• Guest Kitchen: Our guest kitchen is provided for your use. Please mark all of your personal items with your name. We cannot be responsible for items consumed by other guests.
  
  
• Alcoholic Beverages: We offer a wide selection of wine, beer and alcohol for service in our public and dining areas. As a Virginia ABC Licensed facility consumption of your personal alcoholic beverages is restricted to your room and any porch or balcony attached to your room.
  
  
• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available by mail, telephone or email. Upon receipt of payment a Gift Certificate will be mailed to your designee.
  
  
• Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person/bed in room is $25

* This cancellation policy does not apply to special events, group bookings, holiday weeknds or bookings of 2 or more rooms by one party.  Upon confirmation the customer will be responsible for the entire reservation. Refunds for these cancellations will be made only upon the establishments ability to re-book the cancelled rooms.
