Seared Salmon
Honey balsamic glazed salmon over mushroom risotto and seasonal vegetables.
Pork Roulade
Pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach and goat cheese, served over a root vegetable puree with seasonal vegetables and a cranberry-apple chutney.
Filet Mignon
Pan seared filet mignon over root vegetable puree and seasonal vegetable smothered in red wine caramelized onions.
